You may feel that there are many steps because they are written in text, but please be assured that it is not that difficult in reality.
Start using service
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to get access to our services.

First, please create an account by clicking on the “Sign Up” link in the upper right corner of this site.
Awaiting Invitation to Freedcamp
Upon approval or disapproval of your registration, we will create a project page and a chat page for you on Ffreedcamp. Once the setup is complete, we will send you an invitation via email.
Please wait for this email.
Sign up at Freedcamp
Please sign up at Freedcamp, which is the axis of this service, and be sure to do so, as you will not receive progress checks or email communications without signing up at Freedcamp.
*This can be done after the invitation to this next Freedcamp.
Log in to Freedcamp
You can log in to Freedcamp from the link in our email invitation and you are ready to start using the service.
In Freedcamp, read wiki and answer at Conversation.
After logging in, read the wiki page and tell us about your business in a conversation.
Request for Quotation – Delivery
Once available, the process from finding the product to getting it to you is as follows.
Request for quote
Send us a quote request through Conversation in Freedcamp.
Please write the RFQ using the wiki page as a reference.
Search for products and shops, and negotiate.
We will look for the item(s) you request. We may reply to you to confirm what we don’t know, so please let us know if that is the case.
We will then compile the materials and send them to you as needed.
Final quotation will be submitted by the negotiating party
You will be asked to submit a final quote and we will send you ours.
At this time, a rough shipping estimate is also calculated.
Make a payment via Bank Transfer
Please make a bank transfer in Japanese yen to our designated account.
Purchase the item after payment confirmed
Once payment is received we will process the purchase of the item.
We will contact you after the purchase and update you on when it will be delivered to us.
Receive the item
Receive and inspect the product. If there is a problem, we will contact the place of purchase and have it replaced.
Confirm the terms with you regarding shipping
We will ask you about your product delivery preferences. If you are ordering multiple items, please let us know which items you would like to include in your order.
Create estimates/invoices and send it
Based on your request, we will send you a quotation and invoice. Several patterns may be proposed.
Make a payment via Bank Transfer
Please select your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment.
Ship the package after payment confirmed
After payment is confirmed, we will arrange delivery. Upon completion, we will contact you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Receive your item
Your order is complete when you receive your order.
